Our new Assisted Living Plus community is the perfect alternative for seniors who are mostly independent but require care and support in a safe and comfortable environment or for individuals requiring additional recovery time from hospital.

Belvedere Care Centre Expansion Now Open!
The addition of 87 new beds at Belvedere Care Centre is now complete! The new wing opened in September 2008 making available 148 beds at Belvedere Care Centre in Coquitlam.
The completion of this project will enhance the “Community of Care” and aging in place for residents as their health needs change.
In addition to Complex Care Services this project will provide Medically Complex services including Diabetic Care, Dementia Care, Palliative Care, and Discharge Supports from hospitals.
Care programs are available on long-term or short-term basis and can be tailored to the needs of the resident and their family.
There is a small homelike area of the facility where individuals experiencing short-term memory loss will be safe and participate in familiar daily activities to extend their independence and enjoyment of life.
These additional beds are available for private pay as presently they are not funded by Fraser Health.
